Neljä lähestymistapaa asiakaspalveluun: jalostusarvo, tiimityö, empatia ja sosiaalinen neurotiede
Kansainvälisen tason asiakaskokemus syntyy ymmärtämällä kohtaamisen hermostollista ulottuvuutta. Tästä puhutaan nyt palvelu- ja elämysaloilla.
Neljä lähestymistapaa asiakaspalveluun: jalostusarvo, tiimityö, empatia ja sosiaalinen neurotiede -koulutuksen avulla saat vinkkejä ja ymmärrystä siihen, miten yksittäiset palvelutilanteet rakentuvat asiakaskokemukseksi ja kuinka sosiaalinen neurotiede, empatia ja tiimit vaikuttavat meihin asiakaspalvelijoina.
Koulutus järjestetään 16.11.2026 klo 8.30 - 11.30 Levillä. Koulutus on suunnattu asiakaspalvelutyötä tekeville sekä esihenkilöille, joiden työnkuvaan kuuluu asiakaspalvelutilanteita tai niiden johtamista.
Koulutus keskittyy erityisesti näihin asiakaspalveluun vaikuttaviin teemoihin:
- Service & Hospitality -käsitteet
- Palvelun jalostusarvo
- Empatia ja kohtaaminen
- Sosiaalinen neurotiede
Koulutukseen mahtuu 35 henkeä. Ilmoittautuminen on sitova. Jos et pääse osallistumaan, peruthan ilmoittautumisen mahdollisimman hyvissä ajoin. Koulutuksessa on kahvitarjoilu.

Physical Activity and Wellbeing in Cold
This course explores the physiological, physical, and psychological effects of cold on human performance, health, and movement. You'll learn how to safely implement exercise in cold environments, understand the risks of cold exposure, and apply effective methods to manage them. The course also covers proper clothing and protection for northern conditions, as well as the most common cold-related accidents. Ideal for anyone working or exercising outdoors in cold climates!
