Accessibility statement

The Act on the Provision of Digital Services requires the public sector to comply with the European Union’s Accessibility Directive. WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines) is an international standard for web content accessibility. According to the law, websites and mobile applications must meet the A and AA level criteria of the WCAG 2.1 guidelines. Accessible digital services are easy to use for all users. When accessibility is taken into account, as many people as possible can use digital services independently.

If you notice accessibility issues on the website that need to be corrected, please first send feedback to us by email at henri.annila@redu.fi or iina.lappalainen@kittila.fi.

Non-accessible content can be requested in an accessible format. A response may take up to 14 days.

If you are not satisfied with the response you receive, or if you do not receive a response within two weeks, you may file a complaint with the supervisory authority, Traficom.
