Vastuullisen ja kestävän pyörämatkailun kehittäminen
Tässä koulutuksessa saat osaamista pyörämatkailun kehittämiseen ja liiketoiminnan rakentamiseen.
Koulutuksessa opit:
- Huomioimaan ja ymmärtämään kestävän matkailun perusteet työssäsi.
- Ymmärtämään vastuullisen pyörämatkailun toimintaympäristön.
- Kehittämään asiakaslähtöisiä ja elämyksellisiä palveluja.
- Huomioimaan vastuullisuuden osana liiketoimintaa.
Koulutuksen jälkeen osaat kehittää pyörämatkailua tavalla, joka yhdistää vastuullisuuden ja liiketoiminnan.

Tekoälyn hyödyntäminen työhyvinvoinnin ja tuottavuuden tueksi -työpaja
Viekö perehdytys aikaa yrityksesi arjessa? Jäävätkö asiakasviestintä, markkinointi tai muut tärkeät tehtävät kiireen keskellä tekemättä?
Saat käyttöösi valmiiksi testattuja ja käytännössä toimiviksi todettuja tekoälyratkaisuja, jotka helpottavat esimerkiksi perehdytystä, asiakasviestintää, markkinointia, ajanhallintaa ja muita toistuvia työtehtäviä. Kun rutiineihin kuluu vähemmän aikaa, voit keskittyä enemmän asiakkaiden kohtaamiseen ja yrityksesi kehittämiseen. Työpajassa käsitellään miten hyödyntää tekoälyä toiminnassa turvallisesti ja tehokkaasti. Työpajassa opimme myös tekoälyn mahdollisuuksista omaan toimintaan soveltaen. Yrittäjän puheenvuoro omakohtaisista kokemuksista tekoälyn käytöstä.
Työpajassa käydään läpi esimerkiksi:
- Tekoälyn turvallista käyttöä yrityksen ja työntekijöiden näkökulmasta. Tieto auttaa sekä vasta-alkajaa mutta myös pidemmälle ehtineitä, kun osallistujat voivat tarkistaa, ovatko muistaneet tai huomanneet turvallisuuteen liittyviä asioita.
