Vaikuttava lähijohtaminen -opintojaksot

Levi Kampus ja Jyväskylän avoin yliopisto järjestävät lähitapaamisia Vaikuttava lähijohtaminen -opintokokonaisuuden kahteen opintojaksoon liittyen:
- Lähijohdon vuorovaikutusosaaminen ja työyhteisön haastavat tilanteet (2 op). Syyslukukauden suoritusaika 30.9.2026 - 7.2.2027. Ilmoittautuminen alkaa 1.8.2026.
- Monimuotoisen työyhteisön johtaminen (2 op). Syyslukukauden suoritusaika 1.11.2026 - 28.2.2027. Ilmoittautuminen alkaa 1.11.2026.
Vaikuttava lähijohtaminen -opintokokonaisuus koostuu yhteensä kuudesta opintojaksosta. Edellä mainittujen jakson lisäksi tarjolla on:
- Lähijohtajan kustannustietoisuus ja -vastuu
- Muutos organisaatiossa
- Lähijohtaminen ja hyvinvointi
- Luovuuden ja innovatiivisuden johtaminen
Voit suorittaa opintojaksoista haluamasi määrän. Opintojaksot suoritetaan itsenäisesti verkko-opintoina ja niiden teemoja käsitellään muutamassa lähitapaamisessa Levillä. Tapaamiset pidetään ennen matkailusesongin alkua.

Hospitality Operations & Team Leadership Apprenticeship Programme
This programme is particularly suitable for professionals who want to: Develop their supervisory and leadership skills, advance into team leader or shift manager roles, take on greater operational responsibilities, build a stronger understanding of business and financial management within hospitality operations.
