Datan hyödyntämiseen liittyvä osaaminen rakennus- ja kiinteistöalalla
Digitalisaatio muuttaa rakennus- ja kiinteistöalaa nopeasti. Yritykset, jotka osaavat hyödyntää dataa saavat selkeän etumatkan, sekä tehokkuudessa että kannattavuudessa. Kurssikokonaisuuden tavoitteena on vahvistaa rakennusalan yritysten, erityisesti pk-yritysten, kykyä luoda uutta liiketoimintaa, nopeuttaa innovaatioiden käyttöönottoa sekä saavuttaa merkittäviä tuottavuushyötyjä muuttuvassa ja digitaalisessa toimintaympäristössä. Kursseilla pääset pohtimaan, miten data ja sen hyödyntäminen näkyy ja voisi näkyä omassa työssäsi sekä jakamaan ajatuksia ja kokemuksia muiden kanssa.
Opinnot toteutetaan joustavasti verkossa, joten ne on helppo yhdistää työntekoon. Voit valita joko koko koulutuskokonaisuuden (7 opintopistettä) tai rakentaa itsellesi sopivan kokonaisuuden yksittäisistä kursseista (1–2 op/kurssi).
Ilmoittautuminen tehdään koko kokonaisuuteen. Online infotilaisuus järjestetään maanantaina 5.10.2026 klo 17. Kutsu tilaisuuteen lähetetään lokakuun alussa. Maksuton koulutus alkaa lokakuussa 2026 ja päättyy huhtikuussa 2027.

Liiketoimintaympäristössä toimiminen, 25 osp (liiketoiminnan perustutkinto)
Liiketoiminnan perustutkinnon suorittaneena toimit tavoitteellisesti ja tuloksellisesti eri toimialojen yrityksissä, järjestöissä, julkisella sektorilla tai itsenäisenä yrittäjänä. Suoritettava tutkinnonosa liiketoimintaympäristössä toimiminen.
Verkko-opetus viikoilla 43–48 ja työssä hankittava osaaminen 4 viikkoa. Opintojakson verkko-opinnot jatkuvat helmikuussa 2027. Kevään opinnot päättyvät toukokuussa 2027.
