Come and join the studies with theme of Sustainable Tourism. During the Studies you will improve your skills with the themes: Local cultures and traditions, Sustainability communication, Partnerships and stakeholders, Accessibility and diversity, Product development, Assessment of societal impacts.

This course explores the physiological, physical, and psychological effects of cold on human performance, health, and movement. You'll learn how to safely implement exercise in cold environments, understand the risks of cold exposure, and apply effective methods to manage them. The course also covers proper clothing and protection for northern conditions, as well as the most common cold-related accidents. Ideal for anyone working or exercising outdoors in cold climates!
